Automatic impulse sealing, with a seal bar for greater rigidity. Integrated sealing magnet. Separate, electronically adjustable sealing and cooling time. No tape necessary! Opening of sealing bar controlled by gas spring, and locking in place electromagnetically. Integrated sealing wire stretching unit, for greater seal width consistency, and safety cutting knife. Seals polythene 20-250 micron per layer. Seals polypropylene 20-200 micron per layer of film or bag. Seals PVC 20-100 micron per layer. Recommended for up to 800 seals for 8 hour day.
