Rapid Racking means fast delivery anywhere in the UK—and if you're in mainland England and Wales, it's FREE for orders over £1000.
Delivery times
We aim to get your order to you within 3 working days—our deliveries are made between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
When you place your order, we'll keep you up to date with the progress of your delivery via email and/or SMS.

Delivery FAQs
How will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive on a pallet. If your premises aren't able to receive a palletised delivery, please let us know when you place your order so we can look at alternative arrangements.
Will you deliver into my building?
No, for safety reasons our pallet deliveries are a kerbside service only. Because of the type of product we deliver, it's unsafe for our drivers to:
- manoeuvre deliveries up or down stairs or via a lift
- carry goods through a workplace
- unload the goods from the pallet
What happens to the pallets afterwards?
We'll leave your delivery with you on its pallet(s). It's then up to you what you do with the pallets after you've unloaded them. If you can't reuse them yourself, there may be local organisations who'll be happy to take them off your hands—a quick search online will point you in their direction. Or you could resell them. If you simply want rid, please dispose of them responsibly by recycling them.
