Our 5% price match promise

At Rapid Racking, we’re committed to offering top-quality products at unbeatable prices, so if you find one of our products elsewhere at a lower price (including delivery fees), we won’t just match that price, we’ll beat it by 5%!

How it works

If you’ve found the exact same product at a lower price including delivery, here’s what to do:

1. Place your order with Rapid Racking
2. Email our customer service team with written evidence of the lower price—a screenshot, for example
3. Include details of the competitor’s delivery costs

Providing that the lower-priced item matches our product in size, quality and specification, we’ll refund you the difference in price, plus an additional 5%.

Offer conditions

Our 5% price match promise applies if:

• the comparable products match in size, quality and specification
• the competitor’s product price + delivery fee is lower than our product price + delivery fee
• the lower price is publicly listed on a website or catalogue
• the lower price is non-discounted and available at the time of placing your order

Not included in the offer:

• bespoke/custom-made products
• private quotes

The price match comparison excludes VAT.

5% price promise—a worked example:

• Your Rapid Racking order: £200 + £20 delivery
• Competitor price: £180 + £15 delivery
• Total competitor price = £195

Rapid Racking will beat this price by 5%:

• 5% of £195 = £9.75
• Your final cost becomes £185.25 (ex VAT)
• (So we’ll refund you £34.75)
