When to expect delivery?

Once your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation, we will then provide you with either an email or SMS message to tell you when your order is out for delivery.

Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible with any queries regarding your order.

Next Day Delivery on Everything!

All products are delivered the next working day, if ordered by 4pm. Next Day deliveries are available Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and weekends) to a Mainland England & Wales address.

Free Next Day Delivery on all orders over £99

We now offer Free Delivery on all orders over £99 exc VAT to Mainland England & Wales addresses. A delivery charge of £20 exc VAT will be applied to orders below £99 exc VAT.

Deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands & Islands will be charged on an order by order basis. Please call our Customer Service team on 01285 686869 to confirm the delivery charge before placing your order.

Dated and Timed deliveries

If you don't need your order the next day, we can arrange a delivery date to suit you – please call 01285 686869 to arrange a convenient time.

Special Delivery Charges

Due to their nature, a small amount of items may incur additional delivery charges. In these circumstances, you will be advised at the time of ordering or when your order is confirmed.

Collections

Our collections office is open between 9am and 12 noon Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and weekends). Orders are available to collect the next working day if ordered by 12pm.
