They were excellent, to be fair. We use them all the time and the service is excellent. They are local to us. We have no issues with them. They have changed a lot over the years and used to be locally owned but the company is now more national, however the service has never changed. I am happy with them and there’s nothing else they can do. Nobody around here provides better service in the local area.

I ordered and had delivered 3 of the budget shelving units. Unfortunately I unit had been damaged in transit and small parts missing. The other 2 units assembled well and are strong and secure. After the weekend I rang customer services, explained what had happened and with no hesitation and no other evidence-though I had photos immediately arranged a replacement. That is admirable service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others. Buy with confidence!

Looking for robust racking system, this was it. Shelves can hold alot of weight, I chose the 300KG option, Steel frame solid and easy to put up. Plastic feet for the bottom of the steel frame helps keep the frame sturdy. Product arrived on a pallet and in a quicker time than expected.

Great Company. Excellent service, and product. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shelving to anyone considering storage for garage, workshop, etc. I can’t comment on ease of construction because I got a handyman to do it for me, but he didn’t report any problems. Now they’re up, they’re doing a great job for me. One thing I didn’t notice when ordering, the shelves are adjustable, which suits me very well because of the different heights of items are am storing on them.
