Rapid Span

Rapid Span is an effective solution for warehouses, storerooms or wholesale environments in need of long span shelving; this particular range has an exceptionally high frame capacity, which means you can install more levels per bay.

The systems are very easy to install, with frames that are pre-built prior to delivery and beams that are secured using a robust boltless assembly. Standard duty levels provide a weight capacity of up to 600kg, available in a huge range of sizes. If you need a higher level capacity, we also offer an even wide range of heavy duty levels that can store up to 700kg per level.

We’ve made buying Rapid Span even easier by offering you the ability to order as separate frames and levels, or as complete kits that include everything you need in one bundle: all are supplied with prebuilt frames, beams, floorplates, floor fixings and levelling shims. Should you need more than one bay, take a look at our extension bays which offer an economical way of creating Rapid Span racking runs.

The reason our Rapid Span shelving system is so popular is that it doesn’t need a bottom shelf level in order to stay stable – thanks to it’s thick steel structure and secure boltless assembly (no spanners required!). This means you can store hand loaded items on the levels above, with the bay spanning ground level pallets or bulk storage items below that might be manoeuvred using a forklift.
