for close-up Leading IT services and distribution company Zycko Ltd contacted Rapid Racking to provide space
saving features at their 20,000 square foot facility. A Two Tier system was provided with eight levels of small parts storage for Zycko’s
hi-tech products alongside a mezzanine floor. The installation included around 500 shelves, and a pallet racking system that will hold 1000
pallets.

Two tier System & Mezzanine Floor
AJ Walter Aviation has been at the forefront
of the aircraft component supply industry for over 70 years, and is now the largest privately owned stockist, distributor and repairer of
aircraft spares in the world. The installation of a Two Tier system and mezzanine floor was the ideal solution to increase storage space at one
of their supply centres - Rapid Racking worked closely with AJW to plan around the operation and ensure minimal disruption of the 24 hour
dispatch operation.

Medium & Heavy Duty Shelving
Saywell International is a large supplier of aircraft parts based in the south of England.
Recently Saywell International relocated to a new facility with over 155,000 feet of storage space. This required a complete review of how
Saywell International used its storage space. Rapid Racking and Saywell International agreed a variety of racking methods to protect their
spares which support the aircraft industry. Due to the spectrum of sizes and weights of parts to be stored, Saywell required a diverse range of
products to ensure efficient organisation of their storage space. Rapid Racking have supplied the company with Rapid 1 and 2 shelving, Pallet
Racking, Cantilever Racking and
Workbenches – enabling small parts storage in small boxes to large aircraft spares to be stored
effectively.

Cambro Shelving
Cambro shelving is a high specification shelving designed to meet the tough food and hygiene
industry’s standards.
• Constructed of a steel core sealed in a refined polypropylene outer, it isparticularly suitable for cold rooms, wet
areas and the food and hospitality industry in general.
• The shelving is available in various sizes to best fit the storage area
requirements, with a number of accessory products available.

Cantilever Racking
Cantilever Racking is often the best storage solution when needing to store products of
significant length and weight. The Unipart Group, one of Europe’s leading independent logistics, automotive parts and accessory companies,
contacted Rapid Racking to devise a cantilever storage system to meet their specific requirements.
The system was designed to store lengths
of aluminium alloy up to 24 metres long, with particular attention to the safety considerations necessary. The Design Team worked closely with
Unipart and a specialist handling supplier to ensure that Rapid could provide the most efficient and effective solution, providing maximum
storage capacity and adequate handling areas.

Drive-in Racking
Rapid Racking worked with Fabulous Bakin’ Boys to optimise space usage in their busy warehouse
operation storing goods ready for despatch.
A drive-in racking system was installed some years ago, and has been extended. This offers the
best use of floor space, designed to suit customers’ pallet size and weight. Dense storage is provided for finished goods ready for collection,
to suit the company’s despatch requirements.
Fabulous Bakin’ Boys now make the best use of their storage space – ‘In terms of floor area
usage, this system is as effective as block stacking, but without the safety issues and product damage that we used to get. We are really

Very Narrow Aisle System & Pallet Racking
Rapid Racking worked on proposals to enable their distributor, Dannah Storage & Handling
Systems, to offer an efficient design solution for GOJO® Industries - Europe Ltd new distribution centre. GOJO is a leading manufacturer who
specialise in skin care in the working environment.
The project included pallet racking, mesh enclosures, handrails and signage. Narrow Aisle
Racking ensures best use of floor space -

GAME is a leading high street retailer of computer games and gaming hardware
in Europe. Rapid Racking have been supplying GAME stores with strockroom shelving for a number of years. When GAME decide to
upgrade all stores with new stockroom shelving in 2007, they asked Rapid Racking to complete the installations for over 200 stores. Their

LOVEFiLM International Ltd is Europe's leading online DVD and games rental
subscription service, holding multiple copies of over 65,000 titles.

constructed £60m landmark site - one of the biggest building projects of it's kind in the country. The project has included the supply and
