Everything you buy from us is guaranteed for a minimum of 1 year. If, during this time a fault develops then we will either replace it free of charge or repair it. No Quibble Guarantee - 30 Day Satisfaction
We need you to be completely satisfied with everything you buy from us. If, for any reason, you are not delighted - simply telephone us within 30 days of delivery and we will collect your order and either replace it or offer a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Great Service - Delivered in 5 working days
All products are stocked in our 100,000sq.ft. warehouse are delivered to you in just 5 working days. No matter how large or small, if your order is in stock we guarantee delivery. However, some products require special handling and are delivered direct to you from the factory. These items may take a little longer and we will advise if this is the case when you place your order. In certain circumstances large, heavy or awkward shaped orders may require customer assistance when delivered. You will be informed of this at the time of ordering.

Free Design Service

Sometimes its difficult to know exactly what you need without specialist advice. We can offer a FREE site visit and Design Service to help define your needs. We now have the technology to help you decide which storage systems are most appropriate for you using our 3-D imaging to create a pictorial view of your proposed layout, and fully detailed price quotes.

Our own Professional Installation Service Rapid Racking installation teams are fully SEIRS trained (Storage Equipment Installers Registration Scheme) and wear branded uniforms for ease of identification on site. Health & Safety is taken very seriously and we use all necessary safety wear including harnesses or raised access towers when working above two metres.
